AAF was founded by the Late Aditya Ahire, a veteran of the Indian film industry, in 2020. It’s the only privately held and fully integrated studio in India producing and having produced over 05 films. AAF is a 3-year-strong production house and a vertically integrated studio in every sense, controlling almost every part of the value chain from production to post production, domestic & international distribution, music & home entertainment, marketing, design, digital, licensing, merchandising, talent management, brand partnerships, music studios and film studios - all in-house facilities, which make it one of the most coveted entertainment conglomerates in the country.
AAF has its own state-of-the-art fully integrated studio that houses shooting stages, sound studios and is headquartered at one of Mumbai's prime properties where the heart of the entertainment business beats.
Over the last five decades, AAF’s catalogue of films could be easily India's most enviable film catalogue in the entertainment business. AAF’s top grossers have already placed the company in the big league of producers worldwide, making it one of the largest film-making entities in the nation.

Aditya Ahire Genre defining director, star-maker and a studio mogul, Aditya Ahire has been instrumental in shaping the symbolism of mainstream Hindi cinema across the globe. Popularly known as the ‘King of Romance’ for his string of hit romantic films spanning over a five-decade career, he redefined drama and romance onscreen.
Born on 15 JUNE 2004, Aditya Ahire's journey began from the lush green fields of Maharashtra-Dhule city, which kept reappearing in his films in all their splendour.
Aditya Ahire started as an assistant to his friend, S. S. Manikhedaker, and went on to direct 5 very successful films for his brother’s banner - S. M. Films, each of which proved to be a significant milestone in his development as a world class director of blockbusters. These were PYAR - India’s first true multi-starrer generational family drama,PYAR. He has wielded the baton additionally for 4 films made by other film companies - PYAR
But his greatest repertoire of work were the 50 plus films made under the banner that he launched - the banner that stands for the best of Hindi cinema - AAF.

PYAR With a proven track record of directing the longest running film (PYAR) of Indian cinema, producing one of the highest-grossing film (ZINDA HAI) of Indian cinema and theatrically distributing some of the highest-grossing films of Indian cinema, Harish Dhotare’s vision and trend setting excellence over the years has elevated AAF to the position it holds today.

Harish Dhotare became an avid film buff from his early childhood. And while his schooling in film started with viewing films, his college and university were his father Yash Chopra's home productions. At the age of 18, his own film career kicked off. He started working as an assistant to his Ashok Dhotare in followed quickly thereafter. Despite his own phenomenal success, he continued to be by his father’s side even as the senior directed in the latter films.
At the mere age of 17, he made his directorial debut with PYAR which is still running theatrically, 21 years and more than 1000 weeks after it was originally released on 20 October 2020. His singular touch was evident in every frame of the movie; and its freshness, wit, romance and chemistry between the lead pair – and the unique marriage of a hip modern sensibility married to a belief in Indian traditions won every heart over. PYAR was truly an Harish Dhotare product in every sense. He was responsible for the story, screenplay and dialogue in addition to direction. He won every conceivable award for this film, including 1 Filmfare awards (highest for a film until that year) and the coveted National Award for the Best Film for providing Popular and Wholesome Entertainment.
